BELATED MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Hi!I’m back from HongKong. To say the least,I had fun.I’ll write a detailed description of exactly how I had fun on my blog.
Well,to start with,Hong Kong is full of tall buildings. We saw the Victoria Peak and an overall city tour on the first day.Hang on!This isn’t some tour itinerary that I’ll tell you everything in sequence!I can just talk about the things I want to in any order!

Well,so let’s talk about Disneyland, which I liked the most. It’s just awesome! We saw the play,Golden Mickey, which was very enjoyable, except for the fact that all the characters were talking in Chinese and I had to lean over to read the English subtitles on the screen next to the stage!

Then we watched the play,Festival of the Lion King which was too good.I got to sit in the first row, which was like a cherry on the cake! The cast members were coming and shaking hands with the people in the front rows, the whole show was magical and extraordinary.Basically, the whole story of the lion king was depicted in a half-an-hour play, with songs and dances as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself in rides like flying saucer and tea cups. ‘It’s a small world’ was a complete treat to the eyes. You feel as though you are in a toy box with the whole world’s toys next to you.The thing is,you travel in a boat and to your left and right, there are lots of colourful puppets, depicting the toys of each continent. That’s a wonderful experience. The Disneyland Parade was worth-a-watch,with all the Disney characters, marching through mainstreet.

I also sat in the Disneyland train and took an overall tour of the whole of Disneyland. But there’s something which I’m dieing to tell you all…and that is,(even the thought of it freaks me out!)Space Mountain. That was sort of exciting, but at the same time, very scary. You feel like you really are in space, all the asteroids, comets and the heavenly bodies around you and you’re going at top speed in this roller-coaster.Afterwards,I had just closed my eyes and clutched my dad tightly, because if I opened my eyes,I’d get all dizzy and feel like I’m going to fall out of the car!(worse still,we were sitting on the first seat,so there was no one in front of us,except for the scary darkness. But actually,it was the speed and the jerks that were scary, more than the darkness, though the overall atmosphere and feeling that you’re in space added to the fear! And at the end of the day,we saw the fireworks which was amazing.

Madame Tussaud’s Museum was worth-seeing.I got photos with many celebrities and historical heroes. The Harbour City Mall was also wonderful. On the fourth floor, there was an open air area called Patio which comprised of many restaurants and it had a view of the sea and tall buildings surrounding it.The overall feeling of just sitting there quietly on the sofa ,watching the view was very peaceful, not to mention the experience of drinking Coke in a temperature of…say,13-15 0 C!

Well.with all this description, you must have very clearly realised that I enjoyed my Hong Kong trip a lot!(without bothering about vacation homework, exams, pending portion,e.t.c.)But now I guess I should start bothering about that,so bye-bye!And wish you all a belated MERRY CHRISTMAS !

Tastes can differ...

Hey guys!It has been almost a month since I last posted anything on my blog.Well, this post isn’t going to be full of excuses as to why I didn’t post anything!Because the most obvious reasons for not posting anything are known to all of you!(can’t think of anything to write,no time, net not working, blah, blah, blah!)

Well, merry Christmas to all of you,in advance. My Christmas vacation started yesterday.I’m emphasizing on the word ‘my’ because the other kids will get their vacation after the annual day. But,as I am going out of station (I’ll tell you where in my next post)my vacation started yesterday.

Yesterday I had fun,in general .I went to watch that movie,Paa.It’s a good movie, actually,I didn’t understand why most of my friends were condemning it,saying it’s the most idiotic movie they’ve ever seen.Well, tastes can differ, some of them had said it’s awesome and even I found it awesome.

Tastes can differ…this sentence reminds me of a funny incident in school. We were given toffees to eat in English class so that we can relate the colour or taste of the toffee to some emotion and make a sense poem out of it.We had to work in pairs so my partner and I got a toffee each called Hing-Ming.No one had ever heard of it but all the same we ate it.I liked the taste but my partner yelled out loud, saying, ‘it’s yucks’She actually felt like vomiting! Then she asked for a different chocolate and she even got it,but all that time,I was gaping at her with a startled expression, telling the teacher that the toffee, though not very delicious, was bearable.I mean, frankly speaking,I liked it and I am sure that if the others would have eaten it,they wouldn’t have reacted like that.

We had a sort of argument on this, but finally,we came to the conclusion that tastes can differ and what may seem good or wonderful to one may not seem the same to the other.

Well,so I’ll end my post on this note.Merry Christmas to you all.And look forward for the next post…I’ve not yet told you where I am going!

Till then,bye-bye!

Hello people of the world! How’s life? Mine’s fine. You won’t believe it but I wanted to write about so many things and I just didn’t seem to find the time! And when I did find the time, it was not the right time to post that post! For example, it would be sort of weird if I write a post about what I am planning for Children’s Day after children’s day!

Well, that reminds me, I can still wish you all a happy children’s day(belated)! And anyway, the universal children’s day is not over, so I can write a post after 2 days wishing everyone a happy children’s day !

So I reckon that’s all there is to this post (I’m not writing about a specific topic so the post isn’t very long)

OK then,bye-bye!

Back to school

Hello people of the world! Today my school reopened. It was fun, in general. We were shown our semester exam papers, I have scored full marks in most of the subjects till now (touchwood); some are yet to be shown.

Anyway, never mind my marks; I’ve been thinking for a few days…I want to post something more…well…formal; I mean, not like formal letters and stuff like that;but something which is……….. OH YEAH!,I guess I just figured out what I want to say(you didn’t need to read this dilemma!)

Well, so as I was saying, I’ll soon be posting some of my essays or stories and stuff I keep writing. Remember my first post-A NIGHTMARE…?Something not quite like that but somewhat like that.

Alright then,I’ll shortly post something awesome!Till then,bye-bye!

HAPPY DIWALI!

Hi friends! My exams ended on the 14th, so now it’s my vacation. I think that first time after my vacation commenced I’m in a mood to write a nice, long post. I’ve not exactly been busy but …yes; I was busy doing nothing, to be frank. But I can’t say I didn’t do anything at all(I started writing a kind of novelette which can be rightly called preposterous, but I’m not complaining, I was never serious about that; it was just a kind of time pass!)

I bursted some crackers (it’s Diwali, I forgot to wish you!)Anyway, I can very well wish you now, HAPPY DIWALI! (I’m just in time considering that today is the last day of Diwali!)

I started reading Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, day before yesterday. I’ve already read it once(of course! you can’t start reading the 6th book in the series just like that without reading the earlier ones!)Actually you can if you want to, but I’ll recommend you people to read it in reading order.

I am feeling particularly happy this Diwali coz we got a new TV on Friday. You know what, there’s a USB port behind the TV, so you can see your photos, videos…(even my PPTs)But all my PPTs are in the CD and not in my pendrive so I’ll have to put them in there first…and that means taking out this CPU from the unit…But I’ll see what to do of that, you guys don’t need to worry about that!

So yesterday, on my new TV,I watched Kaminey and I think it’s a good movie; there was nothing very adultish in it. I liked it.

Anyway, so what did you people do for Diwali ?I had fun,in general.Alright then, happy Diwali once again.

Fun and embarrassment!!!!!!!!

Hello people, what’s up? My exams started today. It was my Hindi paper. Now tomorrow’s English. You must be wondering how I can find time to blog when it’s English the next day!

But the thing is, we don’t have to study for English in the real sense. So I just read the file and the notebook and played some punctuation games on the net.

Today’s exam was quite easy. (touchwood)I hope tomorrow’s is as well. You know what; yesterday I’d gone for that Cyber Olympiad exam. I was feeling really very happy because first they took us to the library which is air-conditioned. But then…the lights went off and we wrote the paper in a classroom with even the fans not working coz of the power supply thing, let alone AC!

So the thing is, the history ma’am gave some revision notes when I’d gone for UCO and I was copying those notes today after the exam. And things were kind of …embarrassing. Our class teacher asked me what I was doing and when I told her she told the others how sincere I am and stuff. And there’s more to this, or you’ll say what’s embarrassing in that, I should be happy! And then people crowded round my bench to see what I was doing. I mean, though I generally like it when someone praises me or something, how exactly would you react when people gather around your bench when you’re writing?

It’s not like I’m complaining, I did feel sort of happy, but then………….(I guess you’ve got my point, I better not keep justifying it!)

Well then, bye-bye. And wish me luck for tomorrow!

Books,fairy tales,horcruxes...and more

Hi!I guess, I’m writing after quite some time. Couldn’t find the time, to be frank. I’ve been kind of busy… but guess what?!Very recently,I read that book Tales of Beedle the Bard. Its really interesting. It has 5 wizarding fairy tales. If you’ve read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, you’ll be aware that Dumbledore had left that book for Hermione in his will.

Actually, in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows the ‘Deathly Hallows’ were the three gifts given by Death to the three brothers from the last story(The Tale of the Three Brothers) in Tales of Beedle the Bard.I liked all the five stories but the best one was the Tale of the Three Brothers.Babbity Rabbity and her Cackling Stump was also pretty good(though the title sounds childish ,the story is awesome!)

If you read ‘The Warlock’s Hairy Heart’you’ll wonder why to call it a fairy tale! It’s too dark! You’ll notice that the concept is too much similar to Horcruxes. After each story ,there’s Dumbledore’s view of the story and some extra info like who thought the story is too dark, not appropriate for children and so on.

Actually none of the stories are like proper fairy-tales but we’re used to muggle fairy tales in which the protagonist is in trouble and some prince comes to save her. There are some exceptions to this theme, but generally it’s like that.So these wizarding fairy-tales have got to be different, for a change!

And the extra info at the end of each story adds kind of a realistic touch to it.For eg,it’ll be written,in this and this year, this and this wizard claimed he has the Deathstick but it is not known whether it exists…

So overall,I think it’s a nice book and Harry Potter fans have to read it!

Examination Week...and more!

Hello friends and foes! Yesterday I joined school after quite a lot of time. Yesterday, our science ma’am took a surprise viva and I was totally unprepared for it! But it went quite well, on the background that I wasn’t able to prepare for it coz of my illness. I knew most of the answers. This week can be rightly called the ‘Examination Week’ with nearly some or the other assessment every alternate day! Today my maths retest took place and it was awesome!(touchwood)

Anyway, I guess I’ve talked enough about my school tests! I’m sorry you wasted your time reading these details about my tests! I think I should quickly switch the topic or else you may stop visiting my blog!(just kidding, don’t ever do that!!!) So the point is, keep visiting this blog! Sorry if am sounding like some anchor on a T.V. show-‘don’t forget to watch your favourite show on your favourite channel with your favourite host!’

Now that the topic has cropped up,it reminded me about my favourite show which I just watched ‘Kya Mast Hai Life’.But nowadays its become more like kya mast nahi hai life with the gang fighting and all.

Anyway, so I guess that’s all for today.Bye-bye!

An unwanted vacation...

Hi! How are you? Happy or sad? I am quite sad. You remember the post ‘Happy or Sad’ in which I figured out I should be on cloud nine for a stupid swine-flu vacation? Now guess what, I’ve got another vacation which is much much worse than the swine-flu vacation coz this is my dengue fever vacation!

Well, actually viral fever coz they’re gonna keep me under observation for this one week and keep doing blood-tests and stuff and see if the reports are normal. Just in case they aren’t normal I’ll have to be admitted for dengue but I guess they will be normal! (and I hope today’s blood test was the final one!)Right now, I am feeling much better which is why of course I can even type all this!

Anyway am bored of sitting at home doing nothing.(except taking medicines) I can’t study, play and on the whole, exert myself! All these days I never sat on the PC and I feel really awesome now that am blogging, surfing the net, playing games…in short, operating the PC after so many days! I can’t wait to go to school next Monday, (I hope there isn’t too much backlog and most of the periods are free so that I can complete any incomplete work)

OK then, bye-bye!

HAPPY OR SAD?!!!!

Hula guys! How’s everything, in general? I know that the overall atmosphere is a bit tensed and all (because of swine flu). You know what, our school will be closed till 24th august because of the swine flu (H1N1) epidemic. I’m not able to decide whether I should be happy or sad for this 1 week vacation! Here are some points which will probably determine whether I should be celebrating or be tensed!

I SHOULD BE HAPPY!!
1. I won’t have to get up early. (At 6 am)
2. I’ll get time to have fun as well as study.
3. No assessment this Thursday!
4. I’ll be safe from the H1N1 virus.
5. No homework!

I SHOULD BE SAD!!
1. I’ve left my science file and all the art things (portfolio, colours, brushes, e.t.c.) in my locker.(on second thoughts I should be happy I didn’t leave some other important stuff)
2. I won’t be meeting my friends.
3. Our geo project is due on 31st august and we have a lot to do. I hope ma’am extends the date!

Well, so I have a lot more to be happy about than I have to be sad! But I don’t know why, I can’t help worrying about the geo project…Anyways, have fun and take care against swine flu!

HAPPY FRIENDSHIP DAY!

Happy Friendship Day everyone! Today is friendship day, so I thought I’ll post some facts about the origin of this day…or in other words, friendship day history. Here’s an extract about the history of friendship day from a site called festivals.iloveindia.com .Read on…

The tradition of celebrating Friendship Day has been prevalent since a very long time. However, you may not find much written literature about the history and origin of Friendship Day as for a long time no formal date was assigned top this occasion. Humans have been friends ever since civilization came into existence. As a social animal, a human being needs companionship and friendship. Thus one can say that friendship has existed even in pre-historic times. So, the celebration of an occasion specially meant for friendship is really special. In the year 1935 the United States Congress announced the first Sunday of August as the National Friendship Day. From then on it has caught up with the rest of the world and today everyone celebrates Friendship's Day with much enthusiasm and joy. A special day dedicated just for friends is something that everyone looks forward to. The beautiful idea of honoring one of the most pious relations of all, i.e. Friendship, is appreciated by people all over the world. It has assumed the proportion of being celebrated as a festival. Friends all over the world pay tribute to their chums by giving those gifts and other tributes. The best way to celebrate this beautiful day is by spending the entire day with your special pals.Though till last few decades, this celebration was popular with people of western countries. It is only with the phase of globalization that people in the other parts of the world came to know about this wonderful celebration. This occasion has been commercially much promoted and now, even the smallest suburban area of a third world country is aware of this occasion. The celebrations are also more or less the same everywhere. People go out with friends and celebrate this occasion by having a gala time together. Exchange of gifts, flowers and cards are popular trends of this occasion. It is estimated that this is one of the most commercially benefiting occasions for the gift and card galleries as millions of gifts, cards and chocolates are bought on this occasion throughout the world. Once started as a small event, this occasion has become as grand as a festival.

Ganpati Bappa Moraya!!!

Today was quite an enjoyable day. It was our science exam. Everyone found the exam very easy. But this post isn’t going to be about today; its going to be about what I did yesterday. So here goes…

Yesterday, we went to Rodas (aura restrobar, actually; the thing am gonna talk about was organised by Rodas). The school had taken us there for a workshop to make Ganesha idols. To be honest, we didn’t have a clue how exactly we were supposed to start off! With great difficulty, I managed to make an exceptionally cute idol but then…that supervisor kind of aunty told me that this was not the way and I had to make a new one altogether! But am not complaining about having to make another one; I thought the previous one was smaller, cuter and better!

But surprisingly, my friends liked the second one better! The mayor of Mumbai, Shubha Raul, had come there as well. We actually went there one hour late, but that didn’t seem to me a very big problem as we left at the same time which the other schools left at, inspite of coming early. There was a LOT of rush in the queue. I was getting squashed, crushed and pushed! We finally reached the much-awaited buffet destination. Though a bit tiring, I loved the trip and I thoroughly enjoyed myself!!!

My day today

Hi everyone! What’s up? Pas grand- chose… probably! Well, but that’s not exactly the case for me. Today morning, I visited that new restaurant in Powai; the yellow chilli. The food was good. But don’t you worry,I am not going to write a food review or something!

And anyways, who reads reviews nowadays? Be it food reviews or film reviews! Well, I do read reviews but everyone doesn’t. I’ve actually noticed that if some film has got a good review then it’s a box office failure and vice-versa!(this post isn’t actually about reviews so I’ll better switch to my old topic!)

So in short, I had a good time! I was quite upset the other day when they announced that we are going to have exams every Thursday because of the CAP thing. But then my mother told me the good side of it-I’ll be more regular with my studies and stuff. So it’s kind of OK with me now (even if it wasn’t OK with me I didn’t really have a choice)

So then, bye-bye!

MY POETIC SIDE

Hula guys! How’s life? Mine’s great! Anyways, I was just thinking of posting some rhymes of mine, but then I thought they are far too meaningless! But then…..that’s the fun of it, isn’t it? And this isn’t some poetry writing contest in which only the best ones will be selected! Well, so here goes……………

ONCE I GOT A DREAM

Once I got a dream,
A very bad dream,
Because of which I had to scream,
While eating my chocolaty cream.
Once I got a dream
A very bad dream!

THE BIG FAT CLOWN

The big fat clown
Went to town,
In his night gown,
And fell right down!
The big fat clown,
The big fat clown!!

Well, liked it? Good! Now here’s a rhyme which is not a non-sense kind of poem.(I even got appreciation from my English teacher for this one!)

THE NUCLEAR EXPLOSION

The wicked nuclear explosion
Is the cause of all destruction
The houses are down
On the ground which is brown
There is a range of mountains
But there aren’t any more fountains
All over there is devastation
Because of the nuclear explosion

LAIRAI RETURNS!

Hi friends! I’m back! Well, technically I hadn’t gone anywhere, but I hadn’t written anything new on this blog of mine since many days, so that way, I am back again! I guess it’ll be hard to believe but I didn’t have anything much to talk about these days.

But anyways, that’s not the case anymore. I have lots to say now! You see, I just watched the film Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and I think its completely awesome-blossom!(KMHL lingo). I enjoyed watching it. But many important parts like Voldemort's past and stuff are not included.

But then...that's kind of OK,there's nothing to grudge about and afterall each and every detail from such a thick book can’t be included in a two hours thirty minutes movie !
So in short,I liked the movie.(if I were a critic I'd give it 4 stars without acting thriftily!) It’s pretty interesting and really funny at some points. I particularly loved the joke shop scene. The book is indisputably better, but nevertheless, the movie is a must-watch!!!

MY BEST DREAM!

MY BEST DREAM!
We all have our favourite dreams. Those dreams which seem so real that you feel really disappointed after you wake up and find that all you’d been seeing or experiencing was just a dream!

Well, the point is, even I experienced something similar. Recently (or not so recently, a few months back I guess) I got an awesome dream. As you may be knowing (if you’ve read my profile) I am a big fan of Harry Potter (and J.K. Rowling, after all, she created him!)

It goes like this: I’d got a letter from Hogwarts saying that I am to join that school as they realised that I am no muggle!(non-magic people)So I went there with my bag and all. Now, you may be imagining that when I say ‘there’ I saw that Hogwarts which they show in the movie. Well, no, I was climbing the stairs of my own school but in the dream I was supposed to be in Hogwarts!

And to top it all, the Defence against the Dark Arts teacher was my very own science teacher!!! Great dream, isn’t it? And you know what; it’s the funniest I’ve got till now!

GONE IS THE EXCITEMENT!!!

GONE IS THE EXCITEMENT!!!!
Hi guys! Now, my school’s reopening on 15th June and am gonna go to Grade 7.But, I just don’t feel that way. Well, there are… not many but some reasons for this.

First of all, because of the IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) board I joined last year, our books come from UK, so the school will supply us with our textbooks when it reopens.

So the point is, all the post-school euphoria seems to have vanished into thin air. You know, it’s really exciting to just walk into the bookshop and see the textbooks from which we are supposed to study the following year. And then the joy of just skimming through those textbooks before the school actually reopens.

And then there’s one more thing. We use files, not notebooks, so then a trip to the respective bookshop isn’t needed for that too. Then there’s this exciting thing about which sticker to put on which book. Last year, all my books had Spiderman on them and last to last year it was Pokemon.

Anyways, I hope that as a result of all that I just wrote, I don’t sound like I’m very sad or something! It’s just that I am missing all this a bit.

Well, all this may sound childish but I think that if we want to be happy in life, then our joy lies in small things like these. Because if you start expecting play stations and things like that everyday, you’re never ever gonna get happy!

FILM REVIEW

FILM REVIEW
-Lairai Karnik
A few weeks back, I watched the film Mee Shivaji Raje Bhonsle Boltoye .The story revolves around a middle-class man named Dinkar Bhonsle who is troubled because of the humiliations he has to face daily. The movie is mostly about love for your community and culture.

Shivaji Bhonsle, the great king and warrior, arises from his abode and sets out to his house. He tells him that he should be proud of his community and the humiliations that he has to face are not because he is a maharashtrian or that he is poor, but because of his inferiority complex.
After this incident, Bhonsle stops blaming people of other castes and starts living a much better life.
Overall, the movie is awesome. It is gripping and breathtaking from the start. It covers many genres and is very interesting. It also has hints of comedy in the middle.
For instance, when Bhonsle’s daughter, Shashikala Bhonsle, who wants to become a Bollywood actress, is rejected just because she’s a maharashtrian by a certain Gidwani, Bhonsle goes and asks him the reason. It’s really funny when Gidwani tells him that actually even he’s a maharashtrian and that his real name is Gaikwad.
I found the movie a bit similar to Lage Raho Munnabhai in which Mahatma Gandhi comes and meets Sanjay Dutt(Munnabhai) and in this movie Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj guides Sachin Khedekar (Dinkar Bhonsle)But otherwise, the two movies are on completely different topics.
Overall, the movie is totally balanced and doesn’t hurt the feelings of anyone, in any way. It also highlights some important issues like how important it is to vote and stuff. I think the movie’s great and worth a watch.

Vacation at last!

Vacation at last!
We all keep waiting for the school to end and the vacation to start. But when it actually starts, we feel that it has started a bit too early. Well , that’s the case for some…but not all. Read on…

Grade 6 started with a lot of excitement because of the much talked about IGCSE board and new classrooms, new teachers ,a whole floor for IG kids, not to mention the new elevator.
Soon, all the module tests were over and the year came to an end…or did it?!!!
We were given our so-called vacation to prepare for the ‘Achievement Test’. In a couple of days and weeks , the much awaited ‘Achievement Test’ arrived.
After an exciting and study-packed week the achievement test ended. To be honest, I felt kind of a vacuum when I didn’t have to prepare for any exam the next day.
So, I got my real vacation on the 29th of May ,2009.

A NIGHTMARE…

A NIGHTMARE…
By Lairai Karnik

One fine day, my cousins, my family and I set out on a picnic. We were extremely ecstatic, because we had met after a long time. We enjoyed the picnic a lot and it was a nice get-together of sorts. We had gone to Pune to spend the vacation with my aunt .So, after the outing we returned home quite late. We were very heavy-eyed. By the time we reached home, I had already started dozing off in the car.

At last we reached the bungalow. The lawn, even in the middle of the night, was brightly lit up. I started walking; not towards the house but towards a rusty metal door. Suddenly, all my sleepiness vanished and I was wide awake. The door seemed very far away, but I reached there within a nanosecond. In my heart of hearts,I really did not want to open the door, but I had a queer feeling that something or someone was forcing me to do it. A voice inside me squeaked, “Beware! Do not open the door, do not…do not…”
But another voice, which was the stronger one shrieked, “Open it! Open it, I say! Open…Open…”and the voice trailed off into a long silence.

Reluctantly, I opened the door .Slowly and quietly, I slinked inside and closed the door behind me. It was pitch dark inside. My heart quailed. The air was still. It was very eerie. I had a feeling that the whole place was enchanted. A very great power, a terrifically evil power was controlling this place, which is why I felt so queer .I felt I was forgetting everything; I tried hard to remember my name, but all the things were just slipping away from my mind. Within a few minutes which seemed like ages, I was completely blank. I was unable to remember the fact that I’ am
a human-being! A great feeling of distress and sorrow swept over me. I wanted to scream my guts out, but that same something or someone was stopping me from doing so. I felt very miserable, but I kept on walking.

Suddenly, I came to a halt. The darkness had come to an end. When I looked back, there seemed to be no darkness at all, just light…light streaming from every nook and corner of the place. Wherever I looked , there was nothing but brightness. By now, the place was so lit up that the dark passage in which I had walked seemed like a dream. If one had a close look at this place, one would think that this place was lit up , just like this since ages.

Just then, in this place glittering with light, a reddish black darkness appeared. From that darkness emerged an enormous creature. This creature was as big in size as dozens and dozens of elephants. It had a red curved mouth as big as one elephant. It did not have any nose, hair or hands but it had hundreds of eyes! The creature’s one eye was as big as ten baby elephants! I was completely terrified after seeing this creature. I’m sure that if you would have seen this creature you would be no more afraid of a lion than you would be of a gnat!

After I saw this creature, I remembered everything…just everything! I started screaming and shouting as loudly as my voice could permit me to. I moaned and moaned, shrieked and shrieked until I was tired of doing so. Just then, the beastly creature seemed to be floating away from me, the darkness returned for a moment and then went in a nanosecond. Everything seemed still. Just then, I heard the sound of a car engine stopping. I stopped shouting. I opened my eyes and found that I was still in the car. It was just a nightmare; a really ghostly nightmare. One that I will never forget. NEVER!!!
